Experience Level: 3+ Years in sales or media-sales-related field. Will consider 1+ years of experience with a proven sales track record An online radio network is looking for a winning team of Sales Professionals to help us develop a new generation of media, business and lifestyle coaches, motivators and broadcast personalities. We have hosts throughout the United States, Canada and the world who are waiting to be discovered and bring their influence to the next level. We are a media agency that provides our clients with the tools they need to succeed in the media space. We offer a full-service resource for Coaches, Speakers, Authors and Subject Matter Experts. We provide audio and video program opportunities, coaching, media training, events of all sizes, speaking opportunities and audience generation among other services. Quite simply, we are Media Business Launchers! What we are looking for are individuals who have excellent sales and communication skills, are adept at problem-solving and are goal-minded for both themselves and their clients. Our team is first-class in great customer service skills, follow-through, and a strong desire to create long-term relationships to help clients succeed. Does this sound like you? This is a sales-oriented position and you must have full fluency in English, both in writing and telephone communication and must be proficient with outbound and inbound telephone skills. This is a trial position for approxmately one week to start. If we find it a positive experience, we would consider you for a long-term, mutually beneficial working relationship. Much of the work will be outbound calls. We do provide leads, but expect our professionals to do some basic research before contacting prospects in order to best sell our radio and coaching packages in the best way possible! We’re a winning team when we have winners on our team, and this helps everyone succeed. Detailed Responsibilities Include: Identifying talent. Our hosts are regarded at the best in the business, and finding talent is key Talking with people. You are responsible for researching, meeting and learning more about people Focus on outbound and inbound communications with prospective clients, both via telephone and video through our technology Qualifications & Skills: Excellent communication skills Experience in direct outbound and inbound interactions Computer skills to handle navigating web, e-mail interactions and our telephone dialer Calls are initially to the US and Canada - we may expand to additional countries worldwide soon If unable to dial out to US and Canada a VPN may be needed at your responsibility Compensation: Hourly pay during trial run + Commissions if you sell a show/podcast Three hours of Paid Sales Training short shifts during trial run - two to three hours per day, three days per week Flexible work schedule M-F United States between 8 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time/11 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time We are interested in YOU, and want to see your A-Game!
