Project overview
We’re seeking a recruiting and hiring professional to work part-time hours in a flexible schedule. This person would coordinate recruiting, hiring, and orienting new team members, as well as assist in administering training curricula and manage training processes. Main components of the position: Coordinate staffing needs with management team Place, monitor, and respond to job postings Assess candidates using phone/on-site interviews Facilitate on-boarding process of new hires Track training progress Monitor personnel files Other duties to aid in EGH administration as necessary Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Organization and ability to manage time effectively High degree of independence, enthusiasm, and positivity College degree, or two years’ equivalent experience in recruiting Experience in human services field a plus Proficiency in requisite computer skills Job Type: Part-time
