Project overview
We are looking for an aggressive salesperson to call leads we provide for people looking for jobs. It’s your job to make 40-50 outbound calls per day, talk to candidates who have applied for the job, vet them and make sure they are qualified, and then complete an online application with them. We supply leads by posting on job boards and candidates respond. You must first qualify the candidate and then see if they want the job. You will then have them fill out an application. It's your job to follow up several times to make sure they are going to show up once the job is offered to them. Looking for someone to work 40 hours-per-week. Excellent English-speaking voice is a must and must be good at forming trust with the applicant and getting them excited about the job. Must have high- quality internet service and be ok using dial-pad app to make calls. Strong English speaking with no accent is a must.
