ResponseCRM is looking for a creative and driven Public Relations Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for collaborating and creating rich content for press releases and blogger outreach to improve our online presence and Alexa score for our homepage. Developing strong relationships and foster collaboration with sales, marketing and other functional partners. Provide quality service in all assigned tasks, while upholding ResponseCRM’s core values and mission at all times. Essential duties and responsibilities: Create press release’s weekly Creatiing social media content Create weekly content to be posted on our social media Interaction through all social media platforms Build relationships with media and digital influencers In this role, you will need a strong experience in public relations and social media marketing. Ability to write press releases and blogs is preferred. You will be communicating with many departments and vendors on a regular basis, so strong communication and attention to detail is key. Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate internally with all levels within the organization (executives to line staff) and externally (with vendors, staff, and consultants). Ability to present strategies, proposals or creative ideas to upper management teams in a powerful, confident and persuasive way. Must have excellent written communications skills to ensure accurate, grammatically correct public-facing social media postings Experience with social and web publishing platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google Ads, Instagram, etc.) is required. Ability to think strategically as well as tactically. Ability to adhere to established work schedules and workflow while practicing efficient time management and work independently. Ability to meet deadlines, even if it requires occasional long and unpredictable hours in order to meet deadlines. Ability to quickly learn and comprehend possibilities for evolving, new social media programs Demonstrated ability to interact in a positive, respectful manner and establish and maintain cooperative working relationships. Ability to display excellent customer service to meet the needs and expectations of both internal and external customers. Excellent listening and interpersonal communication skills to identify critical core competencies based on success factors and organizational environment. Ability to effectively organize, prioritize, multi-task and manage time. Demonstrated accuracy and productivity in a changing environment with interruptions. Demonstrated ability to analyze information, problems, issues, situations and procedures to develop effective solutions. Ability to exercise strict confidentiality in all matters Minimum Experience: Four years minimum public relations and press releases, social media experience, with an emphasis on corporate social media strategy, paid social media, and day-to-day community management of multiple social media channels including Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, Linked In and blogs. Experience implementing press timelines and journalism background a plus.
