We are looking for a talented Email Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to take our existing clientele and potential client database to derive analytics and solutions to promote existing referral services. In this position, you will be overseeing all aspects of email marketing campaigns and client lifecycle campaigns. This will include market research, content creation, and the dissemination of copy. You will also need to collaborate with coworkers across departments to ensure maximum uptake of offerings. You'll be expected to leverage your marketing experience, surface actionable data-driven insights, think creatively and design ongoing methodical testing, to improve and optimize client engagement through email marketing. Building out a lifecycle approach to email marketing, targeting key behaviors in the client’s consideration journey. Architecting the overall customer journey with the intent to maximize retention and client LTV’s. This includes on-boarding-, lead drip, win-back and any other relevant campaigns to fulfill said goals for email marketing. Set clear objectives for both short-term revenue and long-term program development, with a clear measurement and testing plan. Building, QA-ing, and deploying all outgoing communications over email. Knowledge of email strategy and best practices including subject lines, messaging, segmentation, list management, deliverability and CAN-SPAM laws. Monitor, track and report all email marketing campaigns (including open rates, conversion etc.) and develop test campaigns to leverage new initiatives and increase conversion. Lead cross functional efforts for how the look and feel of our email templates evolve in line with broader brand evolution. Design and execute a rigorous A/B testing agenda to understand and enhance marketing effectiveness WHAT YOU BRING: At least five years in digital marketing working across different digital channels with a focus on Email Marketing Demonstrated track record of generating innovative content and campaigns that exceed target goals A strong problem-solving track record - you’re able to think critically through unique problems with no set playbook and quickly implement a path to a solution, and you can toggle effortlessly between big-picture strategy and in-the-weeds tactical problem-solving. Excellent marketing copywriting skills for B2B and B2C. Experience within e-commerce is required. Thrives in a fast-paced environment and excellent at multitasking. Excels in project management and communication. Works collaboratively to build relationships and achieve goals with business partners. Basic understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience with major ESP’s and vendors like GetResponse for email deliverability. Interviews will take place after resumes have been screened for minimum requirements.
