OVERVIEW The Lead Generation VA is responsible for generating warm leads for our company. This job requires very strong skills in sales prospecting and prospect qualification using a number of available tools including, but not limited to phone, email, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This individual acts as the prospect acquisition expert. RESPONSIBILITIES -Leads Generation - You will scrape for contacts and brands and organize that data making sure the information from current database is verified and accurate as needed. You will also need to generate more leads to grow our database. -Communication - You will respond to communications in a timely manner, escalate and alert teams via Slack/phone/text in expected situations, schedule meetings and manage work calendars. -Responsible for generating warm leads using social media campaigns and other digital activities -Must build the sales prospect pipeline -Responsible for prospecting, calling, emailing, and using LinkedIn to reach out to warm leads -Responsible for managing email campaigns to generate warm leads -Has strong attention to detail and able to multi-task /work on multiple and simultaneous projects -Able to work autonomously MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS -Able to work part time Mon - Fri -Minimum of 1 year experience in leads generation -Confident self-starter with the ability to connect technological advantages to business goals -Excellent writing and editing skills in English -Strong organizational skills -Must have experience with CRM and Customer Service software tools such as Zendesk, Salesforce, etc. -Must have experience in Lead Generation -Must have experience in doing outbound calls, as needed - Fluent in speaking English - Fast and Reliable internet connection - At least 1 year sales experience (Cold calling experience is preferred but not required) - Quiet home office setup - Digital Marketing experience preferred but not required. (SEO, google ads, social media management, website design, etc.)
