Job description As a Lead Generation Specialist at Closing Company , you will be responsible for the expansion of our database and will be tasked with the prospecting and qualification of new business potential. You will also be responsible for populating the CRM tool(s) used, ensuring all qualified leads are captured in an accurate and systematic way. Job responsibilities Set-up relevant search strings Work with prospecting tool(s) Qualify leads on set (both qualitative & quantitative) criteria Acquire relevant contact info Capture lead info in CRM tool Finetune prospecting strategy & qualification criteria Requirements Experience in lead generation Familiar with professional Social Media platforms (mainly LinkedIn) Tech-savvy and able to work with (basic) prospecting tools, spreadsheets and database applications Ability to interpreted and identify our ‘Buyer Persona’ Pro-active self-starter capable to work independently Excellent oral and written communication skills (English) Good understanding of industry standards Accustomed to work with targets Preferred Experience with Boolean search and/ or X-ray search Experience with prospecting tools (e.g. Lusha, Rocket Reach, LinkedIn sales navigator, etc.) Additional information: Freelance position Pay per hour Opportunity to establish a long-term work relationship Application guidelines: Please, provide us with a resume and cover letter.
