Project overview
This role will require making some cold calls, but mostly 'warm calls' to either current or past customers, or friends of customers that might need a quick introduction to our company. Qualifications: - Hero-Level telephone skills - Strong Microsoft Office (Excel,Word,Outlook) and Internet skills. (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer) - Excellent typing ability (40+ WPM) - Excellent attention to detail - Must be able to work independently; training is provided - Excellent communication, listening and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Veterans and Candidates with experience using Cloud-based CRM/ERP Software will be given priority status - High School Diploma or Equivalency Required If you are a positive and friendly person, energetic, motivated to meet customer needs, have excellent problem solving skills and genuinely interested in working hard and learning new things, we will train you to succeed in this position. There is no previous knowledge of our products needed, all training will be on site.
