Job Type: Contract/Contract-to-hire Hours: Up to 10 hours/week Compensation: $20/hour + 10% commission on profits resulting from lead generation efforts The Lead Generation Specialist will work independently—proactively connecting with business owners and marketing coordinators/managers/directors to assess their marketing/creative needs and identify the best potential clients for us to partner with. Responsibilities: · Identify and pursue growth opportunities. · Engage in a variety of lead generation strategies to create meaningful connections with professionals who make marketing decisions for their organization · Keep a detailed log of potential client interactions and opportunities · Provide insightful feedback to management to continually improve the lead-generation and client-onboarding processes Expectations: · Represent Propel Creative Studio in a professional manner · Deliver at least 1 highly qualified lead to management each week Requirements: · Experience with cold calling · Must exude confidence and professionalism · Must be a self-starter and with the ability to work independently
