(FOR ENGLISH SEE BELOW) Wij zijn een e-commerce bedrijf gespecialiseerd in verlichting. We hebben een aantal webshops waar we verschillende producten op verkopen (voornamelijk gericht op B2C markt). Op dit moment zijn we op zoek naar een hardwerkende klantenservice en backoffice support agent die het leuk vindt om voor langere tijd voor ons te werken. Je zult nauw samen komen te werken met een klein team, veelal online. We zijn op zoek naar iemand die: - Uitermate servicegericht is en die klantvriendelijkheid hoog in het vaandel heeft staan. - Flexibel en breed inzetbaar is. - Vloeiend Nederlands spreekt (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk), Franstalig is een pre. - Super georganiseerd is en veel oog voor detail heeft - Een echte duizendpoot of spin in het web is. Je zult onze organisatie assisteren bij de volgende werkzaamheden - Beantwoorden van openstaande klantvragen/tickets (via chat of telefoon). - Administratieve werkzaamheden. - Website optimalisatie. - Opmaken van offertes. - Eventueel het beheer van verschillende verkoopkanalen. ENGLISH: We are an e-commerce company that specialised in lighting. We have several webshops, through which we sell various products (mainly focused on the B2C market). At the moment we are looking for a dedicated customer service and backoffice support agent who likes to come work with us for the longer-term. You will be working closely together with a small team of around 15-20 people. We are looking for someone who: - Is very service oriented and who holds customer satisfaction in high regard. - Is flexible and an allrounder. - Speaks & writes English fluently. - Speaks & writes French fluently. - Preferably speaks/writes Dutch and/or German as well. - Is highly organised and who has an eye for detail. - Is a real centipede or spider in the web. You will be assisting our organisation with the following tasks: - Responding to open customer enquiries/tickets (via chat, phone and email). - Administrative tasks. - Website optimisation. - Drawing up offers to customers. - Possibly managing various sales channels.
