About the Role Are you a creative mind with a passion for social media, content, and storytelling? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Community Manager based in Portugal to join our growing team and help us shape and manage the digital voice of multiple brands across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan & Create Assist in developing monthly editorial calendars Contribute to content creation that’s creative, on-brand and engaging Collaborate with our team through Trello and other smart tools Manage & Engage Schedule and publish content via Meta Business Suite Monitor daily interactions (DMs, mentions, comments) and respond with the right tone and care Flag any sensitive or complex queries to the right teams Measure & Improve Help build monthly reports with insights on performance, reach, engagement, and growth Spot what’s working — and what can work even better Support Paid Media Assist in the setup and optimization of paid campaigns Help manage audiences, test creatives, monitor KPIs and learn from the data Qualifications/Requirements Native or fluent in Portuguese Fluent in English Based in Portugal A great communicator, proactive and detail-obsessed Comfortable with Trello, Meta tools and basic analytics Looking for remote work in a fun, supportive and inspiring environment Benefits A real opportunity to grow professionally Work alongside a passionate, international team Creative freedom (within structure!)
