About the Role We are seeking an organized and driven Jr. Project Manager to support remote project coordination across various business units. The ideal candidate will assist in managing timelines, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across cross-functional teams Track project milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines Maintain detailed project documentation and reports for internal stakeholders Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes and action items Communicate project status updates to team members and leadership Identify and help resolve issues or risks that could impact timelines or deliverables Support senior project managers and department leads in managing project lifecycles Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) to track progress Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or junior project management Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams) Experience with project management software and collaborative tools Ability to multitask and thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment PMP or CAPM certification is a plus (not required) Benefits Competitive salary: $80,000 – $130,000 annually Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off Career advancement opportunities in a globally recognized financial institution Company-sponsored training and certifications Fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling Inclusive and collaborative team culture
