We are looking for a detail-oriented virtual assistant to perform full end-to-end beta testing of a web-based platform before its public launch. You will create multiple test user accounts, populate realistic content, and thoroughly exercise every major feature of the site to identify bugs, usability issues, and broken workflows. Full access, login details, and a detailed step-by-step testing checklist will be provided privately to the person hired for this job. Please keep all details about this project, including any site name, URL, branding, or content you see, strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.

What You’ll Be Testing
-Create 2–3 separate user accounts on the platform, and keep a record of the login email/username used for each account.
-Create several detailed content “profile” pages (the site’s core content type) for at least two different categories/subjects, filling in every available field, tab, and section so the pages look fully realistic and complete, similar to any example/demo content provided.
-Generate realistic AI images (a sample ChatGPT prompt will be provided) and upload multiple photos to each profile’s photo gallery.
-Upload at least one video to each profile’s media section.
-Populate and test every other content tab/feature available on a profile page, such as written stories/memories, timeline entries, family/relationship connections, an interactive quiz or game (if present), and any letter-writing or tribute-message feature.
-Test all subscription/payment plan tiers (monthly, annual, and one-time/lifetime options) for each profile category, including subscribing, upgrading, downgrading, and canceling a plan. Payment is tested in sandbox mode using a test credit card that will be provided — no real charges will occur.
-Test an in-site premium purchase flow (a separate paid add-on feature) and confirm the purchase completes and appears correctly afterward.
-Test an invalid/random promo code at checkout and confirm the site shows a proper error message rather than crashing.
-Test all privacy/visibility settings for a profile page (public, unlisted, password-protected/private, and contribution permissions on/off) and confirm each setting behaves as expected when viewed by another test account.
-Test the site’s internal chat/messaging system, including @mentioning another user, sending direct messages, sending photos, and reacting to messages.
-Post activity (photos, comments, messages, letters, etc.) on profiles from more than one of your test accounts, so cross-account interactions can be verified, and check that each account’s own activity feed reflects it correctly.
-Fill out and test a personal user-profile/settings page (bio, photo, contact info, visibility settings, and a “allow other users to message me” toggle) and confirm the settings behave correctly for other test accounts.
-Test the site’s contact/support form.
-Test the site’s search functionality.
-Test browser push notifications (accept the notification permission prompt when offered) and confirm notifications are received as expected.
-Test account creation and both temporary and full/permanent account deletion.
-Explore the entire site broadly (all menus, footer links, account settings, any store/shop section, etc.) to look for anything broken, mislabeled, or confusing, even if not explicitly listed above.

Payment Testing (Sandbox Mode — No Real Charges)
The site’s payment processor is currently running in sandbox/test mode, so no real money will ever be charged. You will be provided with the standard test card information.

Requirements
Comfortable navigating and testing unfamiliar web applications independently.
Highly detail-oriented and methodical; able to follow a structured checklist precisely.
Strong written English skills for clearly documenting notes and issues found.
Able to take clear screenshots of any bugs or issues encountered.
Reliable internet connection and access to a modern desktop web browser (mobile browser testing may also be requested).
Willing to keep all project details, access credentials, and content strictly confidential (an NDA may be required).

Deliverables
A completed copy of the detailed testing checklist (provided separately) with every item checked off and notes added for any issues found.
Screenshots attached for every bug or issue discovered during testing.
A short list of the account names/emails created for testing.
A brief written summary of your overall experience, any concerns, and total hours worked.
Please do not include the site’s name, URL, or any identifying details in your application, portfolio, or any public communication about this job.
