We need a developer to build two automated workflow systems on onlysmartgrid.com:

1. SmartGrid Apprenticeship Academy Workflow

We need a complete online enrollment and applicant-management system for our electrical apprenticeship program.

The workflow should be:

Landing Page → Application → Applicant Profile → Document Upload → Application Review → Approval/Denial → Enrollment → Tuition/Payment Setup → Apprentice Dashboard → Program Tracking

Applicants should be able to:

* Complete an online apprenticeship application
* Create an account/profile
* Upload required documents such as ID, resume, certifications, etc.
* Select available program/cohort options
* Receive automatic email/SMS confirmations and status updates
* Receive an acceptance/enrollment offer if approved
* Electronically sign enrollment documents
* Pay tuition, registration fees, or select an available financing/payment option
* Access a student/apprentice dashboard after enrollment
* View documents, payment status, announcements, and program information

Administrators need a backend dashboard showing every applicant and their current stage, such as:

New Lead → Application Started → Application Submitted → Under Review → Approved → Enrollment Pending → Payment Pending → Enrolled → Active Apprentice → Completed/Inactive

The system should make it easy for SmartGrid staff to move applicants between stages, add notes, send communications, request missing documents, and track enrollment conversions.

2. SmartShield Warranty/Membership Workflow

We need a complete online sales, enrollment, recurring-payment, and membership-management workflow for the SmartShield warranty/membership program.

The customer workflow should be:

SmartShield Landing Page → Select Plan → Customer Information → Property Information → Terms/Agreement → Recurring Payment → Confirmation → Initial Inspection/Service Setup → Active Member

Customers should be able to:

* Compare SmartShield membership plans
* Select a plan
* Enter customer and property information
* Electronically accept/sign membership terms
* Set up automatic recurring payments
* Receive an immediate enrollment confirmation
* Receive automatic email/SMS communications
* Access their membership information
* Request service or submit a claim/service request
* Update payment information when necessary

The administrative workflow should track:

New Lead → Plan Selected → Enrollment Started → Payment Completed → Inspection Required → Inspection Scheduled → Inspection Completed → Active Member → Service Request/Claim → Renewal/Cancellation

We currently use Housecall Pro, so the system should integrate with Housecall Pro where possible to automatically create/update customer records, membership information, jobs, inspections, and service requests.

The goal is to create an automated system where SmartGrid staff can see exactly where every apprenticeship applicant and every SmartShield customer is in the process without manually managing spreadsheets, emails, and paperwork.
