Enhance LivSafe Website Functionality

I currently have the basic LivSafe Home website built through Free Website Guys:

The public-facing website is already established, and I am not looking for a complete website redesign. I am primarily looking for someone to add the functional client and admin side of the business while keeping the design/branding cohesive with the existing site.

LivSafe Home provides private-pay home safety assessments. Clients will complete the process remotely by submitting information, completing a home safety checklist, and uploading photos/videos of their home for review.

I would like to add:

* A one-time payment/checkout system, preferably Stripe
* A secure client login
* A client dashboard/portal
* A secure admin dashboard for me
* Client intake form
* Online home safety checklist
* Room-by-room photo and video uploads
* Client progress/status tracking
* A way for me to review each client's information and uploads
* A place for me to add private admin notes
* Ability for me to upload the completed assessment/report as a PDF
* Ability for each client to access/download only their own completed report

The ideal customer workflow is:

Current LivSafe website → Purchase Home Safety Assessment → Create/Login to Client Account → Complete Intake → Complete Home Safety Checklist → Upload Photos/Videos by Room → Submit for Review → LivSafe Reviews Submission → Completed Report Becomes Available in Client Portal.

For the client dashboard, I would like the process to be visually simple and show their progress, for example:

1. Payment Complete
2. Complete Intake
3. Complete Home Safety Checklist
4. Upload Home Photos/Videos
5. Submitted for Review
6. Assessment Complete / Download Report

For my admin dashboard, I would like to see all clients and quickly identify:

* Payment status
* Intake completion
* Checklist completion
* Photo/video submission status
* Date submitted
* Assessment status
* Ready for Review
* Report in Progress
* Completed

When I click on a client, I would like their intake information, checklist answers, photos/videos organized by room, admin notes, and final report all accessible in one place.

I am open to a no-code/low-code solution such as Softr + Airtable/Softr Database + Stripe rather than building a completely custom application.

Ideally, the client portal could live on something like:

portal.livsafehome.com

while the existing public website remains the primary marketing website.

I would like the freelancer to recommend the simplest, most cost-effective setup that can accomplish this while maintaining secure individual client access and an easy-to-use admin system.
