Urgent Customer Data Entry

This role is about keeping our customer information accurate and up-to-date every single day. You will take raw details that arrive in different formats and:

• enter them into Excel sheets I have already structured,
• push the same records into our internal database, and
• submit or update any matching fields in a set of online forms we use for reporting.

Because everything revolves around live customer data, speed and precision are equally important. I need the first batch processed as soon as you come on board, and then a steady daily rhythm afterward. A quick turnaround, clean formatting, consistent naming conventions and zero duplicate records are what I will be checking for before signing off each day’s work.

If you thrive on repetitive accuracy, understand data validation rules in Excel, and have no trouble switching between spreadsheet tabs, database screens and browser forms, you will fit right in.
