Spreadsheet & CRM Data Entry Assistant

I’m streamlining a large volume of customer and product information and need an extra set of hands for two core tasks: precise spreadsheet entry and accurate CRM data entry. The raw material comes from PDFs, emails, and handwritten notes; it all has to end up neatly organized in Google Sheets and my cloud-based CRM.

Here’s what success looks like for me:
– Every record is entered once, spelled correctly, and placed in the right column or field.
– Duplicate checks are run before saving.
– Any missing or unclear information is flagged so I can resolve it quickly.
