I have two parallel needs and would like to tackle them in one cohesive engagement.

First, I need a job-posting platform built from scratch. The core flow should let employers register, create and manage vacancies, and let candidates build searchable profiles, apply, and receive status updates. A clean, mobile-responsive interface, secure authentication, and an admin dashboard for moderation and analytics are all essential. Feel free to suggest the best tech stack; I’m open to anything from a classic LAMP setup to a modern React + Node or Laravel solution as long as it remains scalable and easy to maintain.

Second, I have a catalogue of product images that require professional Photoshop retouching. Consistent backgrounds, balanced lighting, dust removal, and colour accuracy are key so the items look uniform across the site once the platform goes live.

Deliverables
• Fully functional, tested job-posting web application (source code, database schema, deployment guide)
• A batch of retouched product images delivered in high-resolution PNG and web-optimised JPG formats
• Brief hand-off documentation so my in-house team can continue content updates and basic maintenance

Acceptance criteria
• Platform pages load in under 3 seconds on a standard 4G connection
• User data is encrypted at rest and in transit
• Each product image meets e-commerce quality standards: 300+ DPI, true-to-life colours, and no visible artefacts
