Technical Proofreading: Space Science PDF

I am looking for an experienced Technical Proofreader to proofread a 784-page technical
PDF related to space science, astronomy, aerospace, spacecraft, satellites & planetary
science
This is a one-time project. The document is highly technical and requires someone with
excellent attention to detail and strong English proofreading skills.
Scope of Work:
● Proofread all 784 pages for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure
● Check technical terminology, abbreviations, units, equations, and symbols
● Identify typos, inconsistencies, formatting issues, and obvious errors
● Review headings, captions, tables, figures, references, and cross-references
● Ensure consistency throughout the document
● Preserve the author's original technical meaning and terminology
Requirements:
● Proven experience in technical/scientific proofreading
● Strong English language and proofreading skills
● Familiarity with space, aerospace, astronomy, physics, or engineering content
● Excellent attention to detail
● Ability to handle a large 784-page document within the agreed deadline
● Previous experience proofreading technical books, academic publications, research
papers, or scientific PDFs is preferred
