Home Care PayPal Billing Setup

I manage a small, part-time home-care agency and the clinical side is running smoothly, but our billing still isn’t. My immediate priority is to get a reliable PayPal workflow in place so every visit logged in our EVV system translates into an accurate, trackable invoice.

Here’s what I need from you:
• Configure PayPal as our dedicated third-party billing service, including invoice template design, tax settings, and client database import.
• Link PayPal to our existing visit data (CSV export or API) so bills are generated automatically after each shift and sent to the client or payer the same day.
• Set up simple, readable reports that let me see revenue by client, caregiver and date range at a glance.
• Provide a brief SOP or screen-recorded walkthrough so my office assistant can handle routine tasks without you each week.
