### Project Details – Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund (WTF)

We are looking for an experienced **Business Development professional/freelancer** to help us identify and engage eligible employers in Massachusetts who may benefit from the **Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund (WTF)**.

The objective is to build a strong pipeline of Massachusetts-based employers, educate them about the available workforce training funding opportunities, and generate qualified business leads.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Identify Massachusetts employers that may be eligible for WTF programs.
- Research target companies and relevant decision-makers, particularly HR, L&D and business leaders.
- Develop and execute outreach campaigns through LinkedIn, email and phone.
- Introduce employers to the WTF opportunity and understand their training requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule qualified meetings with prospective employers.
- Maintain a structured prospect pipeline and provide regular activity and conversion reports.
- Work closely with our team to convert qualified opportunities into WTF training projects.

**Ideal Freelancer:**
- Proven experience in B2B business development in the US market.
- Familiarity with Massachusetts employers and the Workforce Training Fund will be a strong advantage.
- Experience selling HR, L&D, corporate training or workforce development solutions is preferred.
- Strong lead-generation, outreach and appointment-setting skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

**Project Goal:**
