**How the partnership works**
- You bring a clear ICP, named operators, a practical plan, and proof.
- Nexara controls brand, product claims, prices, quoting, payment, customer data, and final approvals.
- Every account and touchpoint must be recorded in the Nexara CRM.
- Compensation is performance-only and never stacks outside the authorized pool.
- No side agreements, reseller claims, scraped data dumps, automated spam, or off-system client handling.
