Stamped Plans for Home Designs

I need a licensed PE to provide stamped plans for multiple single-family home designs. The plans must comply with both North Carolina and South Carolina state building codes and include: I need PE stamped plans for each section of the High Rock designs. I need the basic wall plan as a NC/SC residential code home as well as the basic floor plan to include the girder/runner system and the pier construction type - non-congruent to include the helical anchoring system. In order i am looking for the Girder/runner construction plan with a PE stamp for a NC/SC residential home to include the helical anchoring system. 2nd I am looking for the individual PE stamped plans for the individual cube designs for each section of the High Rock building designs. I have several other floor plans that will need an updated PE stamped plan moving forward.

- Structural integrity of runners/girders

Ideal candidates should have:

- Experience with residential structural engineering
- Familiarity with state building codes
- Ability to integrate helical anchoring systems in designs
- Strong architectural design skills

Additional Information: Scaled drawings and older PE-stamped plans will be provided by the client. The client is also open to paying for additional work if required.
