Sourcing Mercury Racing 450R Outboard Engines

I'm looking to purchase brand new Mercury Racing 450R outboard engines — a high-performance, low-volume model that's frequently backordered or allocated to boat builders before reaching dealer floors. I want multiple units (a pair, triple, or quad set, depending on what's actually available), all brand new, not used or take-off engines. Sellers must be based in the USA. I'm in California, but shipping arrangements are flexible — I can arrange my own freight, or the dealer can arrange it, whichever is easier. Location of the dealer anywhere in the US is fine either way.

Note: I am already sourcing from Blackbird Industries, Offshore Performance, and BAM Marine directly — please exclude these from your search and do not submit leads from them.

What I need:

Research and identify authorized US dealers, brokers, or boat builders who currently have brand new 450R engines in stock, on order, or expecting allocation soon (excluding the three sellers noted above).
Reach out to each lead (phone or email) to confirm real, current availability of brand new units specifically — not used, refurbished, or take-off engines, and not an outdated listing.
For each confirmed lead, collect: engine configuration (shaft length, gearcase — HD or Sportmaster, rotation for multi-engine setups), confirmation that it's new/unused, whether the dealer can arrange shipping or expects the buyer to, and estimated timeline to purchase/ship.
Compile everything into a simple running list or spreadsheet (dealer/seller name, contact info, location, configuration, status, shipping notes, last contact date) and share it with me as you go — I don't want to wait until the end to see results.
Flag anything that looks like a scam or misrepresentation, or any seller who can't clearly confirm the engine is brand new.
If you find a dealer with real, confirmed new-unit availability, let me know immediately — allocation on these engines can disappear fast.

Bonus structure:
I'm willing to pay bonuses on top of the base project fee for leads that result in confirmed availability of multiple units from a single source — e.g. a bonus if you find a dealer who can supply a matched pair, and a larger bonus for a triple or quad from one seller. Open to discussing exact bonus amounts with the freelancer once we agree on the base scope.

Ideal freelancer:

Familiar with the marine industry, ideally performance/offshore boats or Mercury Racing products specifically
Comfortable making cold calls and emails to dealers and brokers
Organized — able to track dozens of leads without losing detail
Honest and skeptical — I'd rather you tell me a lead is bad, used, or unconfirmed than pad the list

Deliverable:
A verified, up-to-date list of real US dealer leads with brand new Mercury Racing 450R availability (contact info, configuration, confirmed-new status, shipping arrangement), delivered progressively as you find them, not just at the end.
