The candidate must be based in Europe.
I’m ready to scale our animation tourism hotel solution across Europe and need a sales manager who can confidently bridge the worlds of technology products and the tourism sector. Your background should show solid B2B experience selling tech to hospitality decision-makers—chain executives, independent hoteliers, and regional purchasing groups alike.
You will shape the go-to-market plan, map priority countries, nurture a pipeline from first touch through demo and contract, and keep everything clean in our CRM. Because I value balanced expertise, I’m specifically looking for someone who understands both how hotels buy and how software is sold; strength in one area without the other won’t be enough.
The timeline is not flexible—there’s a need to attention to time to market to “close something.” But, quality relationships and predictable monthly pipeline growth matter all the same.
Deliverables I’ll use to gauge success:
• Market entry strategy for the first three target regions
• Weekly CRM reports showing lead stage movement and forecasted revenue
• Minimum of five qualified hotel group demos scheduled each month after onboarding
• Quarterly feedback summary to product team on feature requests heard during pitches
If you can speak the language of revenue, SaaS, and RevPAR in the same conversation, let’s talk.
