We are looking for a recruiter to assist with a structured candidate research and screening project.

Our company is recruiting for a Co-Listing Agent position in the short-term rental industry.

The candidate profile includes people with practical experience using Airbnb, whether as hosts, co-hosts, property managers, hospitality professionals or related service providers.

The freelancer will research potential candidates and identify people whose background appears relevant.

You will then introduce the opportunity and conduct an initial conversation.

The objective is not to make a final hiring decision but to collect useful and accurate information for our internal team.

Candidates who are interested will provide their CV and relevant professional details.

We expect the freelancer to keep information organized and to clearly distinguish confirmed candidate information from assumptions.

Previous recruiting experience is helpful, but we are willing to consider freelancers who demonstrate strong communication and research skills.
