I want to bring PLYR to life as an end-to-end social sports network on both Android and iOS. The core idea is simple: help people discover other players, arrange matches, reserve venues, and stay connected through a real-time social feed—but the execution must be rock solid, scalable, and polished.

Main scope
• Multi-sport support from day one—Football, Basketball, Tennis, Cricket, Badminton and any others we can easily extend to later through the admin panel.
• Player discovery with filters for skill, location, and availability.
• Game creation & joining, plus turf or court booking with integrated online payments.
• Player ratings, automatic ranking badges, and match statistics to keep engagement high.
• Social feed for highlights, photos, and comments.
• Two dashboards: a venue-owner portal for managing slots, pricing, and payouts, and a full admin console for me to oversee users, content, payments, and analytics.
• Preferred authentication is phone-number OTP; I’m open to adding email or social logins later if it helps retention.
• Integration with third-party sports platforms is undecided, so design modular APIs that allow us to hook in external services without major refactoring.

Deliverables
1. Native or cross-platform mobile apps for Android & iOS.
2. Fully documented backend (REST or GraphQL) with scalable architecture.
3. Web-based admin and venue-owner dashboards.
4. Source code in my repository, build scripts, and deployment guides.
5. Post-launch support window for bug fixes and app-store submissions.

Acceptance criteria
• All listed features operate smoothly on current OS versions.
• Secure OTP login, PCI-compliant payment flow, and GDPR-ready data handling.
• Unit and integration tests covering critical paths (booking, payments, ratings).
• Performance target:
