Freelancer Needed – Tablet-Based Advertising Sales App/form
I'm looking for a freelancer to create a simple, professional, tablet-friendly sales app/form for a new local advertising publication called The Pocket Guide.
The app will be used on an Android tablet when visiting local businesses to sell advertising.
How I Want It to Work
I want a clean, easy-to-use interface that walks a potential advertiser through the entire signup process.
1. Introduction
- A short description of The Pocket Guide.
- Information about the publication, distribution, and advertising benefits.
- A professional, branded design.
2. Advertising Rates
- Display our advertising sizes and pricing.
- Special pricing for front and back cover advertising.
- Customers will NOT choose their specific ad placement, except for front and back cover options.
- Rates should be easy for me to update.
3. Select Advertising Months
- Customers can select which months they want to advertise.
- Option to select multiple months.
- Automatically calculate the total cost based on the selected advertising package and months.
4. Customer Information
- Business name
- Contact person's name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Additional information if needed
5. Contract & Electronic Signature
- Automatically generate an advertising agreement based on the selected package, months, and total price.
- Display the agreement directly on the tablet.
- Allow customers to sign using their finger or a stylus.
- Generate a PDF copy of the signed agreement.
- Automatically email a copy to the customer and to us.
Admin Features
I would also like a simple dashboard where I can:
- View all advertisers and their contact information.
- See which advertising packages and months they purchased.
- Track signed agreements.
- Track advertising sales and revenue.
- Update rates and contract terms.
- Export customer information.
Technical Requirements
- Must work smoothly on Android tablets.
- Modern, clean, professional interface.
- Simple enough to use while sitting with a customer.
- Preferably web-based, so it doesn't require downloading an app from the Play Store.
- Secure storage of customer information and signed contracts.
- Ideally built using an affordable no-code/low-code platform to keep development and ongoing costs reasonable.
Important: I am NOT looking for a complicated advertising design or layout tool. This is strictly a sales presentation, advertiser registration, and contract-signing system.
