We are a game publisher looking for development teams with promising game prototypes that are ready to move into full production.

We are interested in teams that already have:

* A playable prototype, vertical slice, or advanced proof of concept.
* A clear gameplay loop and defined target audience.
* A realistic production plan and development schedule.
* A team capable of completing and supporting the project.
* A clear vision for the final game.
* Initial information about the required budget and production scope.

We are particularly interested in PC games, including:

* Simulation games.
* Management and tycoon games.
* Vehicle and automotive games.
* Building and renovation games.
* Strategy games.
* Co-op games.
* Games with a strong and easily understandable gameplay concept.

As a publisher, we can consider providing:

* Project financing.
* Production supervision and milestone planning.
* Quality assurance and testing.
* Marketing and promotional support.
* Steam store preparation and release support.
* Localization and community management.
* Support with console ports, depending on the project.
* Long-term cooperation on updates, DLCs, and future titles.

The prototype and all submitted materials must be created by the submitting team or used with the appropriate licenses. The team must have the legal right to develop, commercialize, and transfer or license the project.

We require the ability to review the project, provide production feedback, define milestones, and request changes necessary to improve the commercial and production potential of the game. The final scope of cooperation, intellectual property rights, financing, revenue share, milestones, and publishing terms will be agreed individually.

Please include:

* A playable build or access to the prototype.
* A short gameplay video.
* A pitch deck or project presentation.
* A description of the core gameplay loop.
* Information about the team and previous experience.
* Current development status.
* Estimated production budget.
* Estimated development timeline.
* Target platforms.
* Information about existing funding, investors, or publishing agreements.
* Your expectations regarding cooperation with a publisher.

We are open to both experienced studios and smaller teams with a strong prototype and a realistic plan for completing the project.
