Looh Style Hostel Booking App

I want an Android (and ideally iOS) application that reproduces only the booking workflow of the Looh app I linked above. The focus is on hostels, with the booking engine allowing guests to reserve single beds, private rooms, or full dorm rooms just as they do in Looh.

Core flow
• Search or browse hostels by city, dates, and number of guests
• Real-time availability check for the three room/bed types mentioned
• Clean calendar view that locks a spot for a short grace period while the guest completes payment
• In-app confirmation and push/email receipt

Because the project is feature-limited to booking, extra modules such as user profiles or review systems are not required for this first release. A lightweight admin or web dashboard that lets hostel managers load inventory and change prices would be useful, but keep it minimal—basic CRUD and a simple occupancy report are enough.

Deliverables
1. Cross-platform codebase (Flutter, React Native, or native—state the stack you recommend)
2. Fully functional APK/IPA ready for store submission
3. Simple web or mobile-web admin panel for inventory management
4. Source code, build scripts, and a short hand-over document

Acceptance criteria
• A test hostel listing can be searched and a single bed, private room, and dorm room can each be booked end-to-end with a dummy gateway in under five minutes.
• No crashes on Android 8+ and iOS 13+.
• Admin edits to price or inventory reflect in the guest app within one minute.
