SAP B1 Crystal Customer PDC Report

I need a Crystal Report built inside SAP Business One that produces a customer statement with post-dated cheque (PDC) details in a clear, detailed layout. The report will be used by Finance, so accuracy and proper formatting are non-negotiable.

You’ll connect to our SAP B1 SQL database, pull the usual customer statement fields (opening balance, invoice list, credit notes, payments), and add a dedicated section that lists every outstanding PDC with cheque date, bank, amount, and running balance. The final output must group data by customer, subtotal correctly, and fit on A4 when exported to PDF.

Deliverables
• Crystal .rpt file ready to import into SAP Business One
• Any custom SQL queries or command objects used
• Brief deployment notes so my team can adjust datasource connections

Acceptance criteria
1. Totals on the statement match SAP B1 native balances for at least three test customers.
2. PDC section shows only cheques dated in the future and ties back to the ageing balance.
3. PDF export prints without page breaks inside a customer section.
