Danish Car Marketplace Web Development

Hi,
I want to build a car marketplace for Denmark, similar to bilbasen.dk (the largest Danish car portal).
Main features:
• Public site where buyers search and filter cars and contact the seller
• Dealer accounts with a fixed monthly subscription and unlimited listings
• Private sellers who pay a one-time fee per listing
• Admin panel to manage listings, users and payments
Bilbasen uses Next.js (React) on the frontend, Node.js on the backend and AWS for hosting. I'd like the same stack, with PostgreSQL and Stripe for payments.
I already have a design prototype I can share.
Can you send me a fixed price, a timeline, and links to similar sites you have built?
Thanks,
