Romanian speaking B2B Cold-Calling Assistant

I need a proactive, Romanian-speaking phone assistant who is comfortable making cold calls to service providers and guiding the conversation toward a clear sales objective: matching our B2B solutions with their current needs and closing interest on the spot whenever possible. You will work from a call sheet that I prepare, but I rely on your own tone and initiative to keep prospects engaged, handle objections naturally, and secure accurate company details.

Scope of work
You will reach out exclusively to service providers, introduce our offer, explain its benefits, and gauge interest. While doing so, I expect you to confirm or correct the basic facts I already have, note key decision makers, and neatly log every result in the shared CRM or Excel sheet we provide.

Deliverables
• For every call that reaches the right contact, record: name of the company, the contact person, and their direct phone number.
• Short call summary (interested / not interested / needs follow-up).

Success is measured by the quality and completeness of those contact records and by your ability to keep the pipeline moving toward follow-up meetings for our internal team.
