Freelance Sales Specialist

We are assembling a team to help service-based businesses grow through websites, online booking, reputation management, AI chatbots, automated follow-ups, CRM pipelines, and other services.

We are looking for a proactive, experienced freelancer who can identify potential clients, generate leads organically, communicate our value proposition, and convert prospects into paying customers.

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- First 5 onboarded customers: Earn $100 for each new customer who signs up and completes payment.
- **After 5 customers:** Transition to a monthly retainer plus commission, with compensation terms agreed upon based on performance.
- **Access to paid tools:** Once you have successfully brought in 5 paying customers, you will be eligible to use additional paid lead-generation, prospecting, and sales tools to help scale customer acquisition.
- **Long-term opportunity:** Grow with our business and potentially take on a larger sales and business development role as we expand.

Responsibilities
- Generate leads organically through LinkedIn, social media, networking, prospect research, and direct outreach.
- Identify service-based businesses that need better websites, booking systems, reputation management, and marketing automation.
- Contact prospects, explain our services, follow up, and help close sales.
- Develop and improve our sales process as we build the right team.
- Use available tools and resources to increase lead generation and customer conversions.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development.
- Comfortable selling websites, digital marketing, SaaS, or AI automation services.
- Strong communication, prospecting, and follow-up skills.
- Experience with GoHighLevel is a major advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and interested in a long-term growth opportunity.
