Polish Business Client Database

The assignment centres on identifying potential clients across Poland and capturing their details in a clear, well-structured spreadsheet or CRM-ready file. I will provide a salary for this ongoing work rather than one-off pay, so consistency and accuracy matter more than sheer volume.

Scope
• Research active Polish companies that match my service profile (industry mix to be discussed in our kickoff call).
• Record at minimum the company name, website, city, direct email, phone number and—whenever possible—the decision maker’s name and job title.
• Verify all data so bounced emails and disconnected numbers are kept to an absolute minimum.

Delivery & cadence
A first batch of 200 fully verified records is expected within the first week; after approval we will move to a regular weekly quota we both agree on. Data should arrive in Excel, Google Sheets or CSV—whatever you prefer, provided the layout is tidy and column headers are consistent.

Quality check
I will spot-check every submission for accuracy; any duplicates or unverified contacts will need replacement within 24 hours. High accuracy will unlock performance bonuses on top of the base salary.
