Arborist VA: Leads & Calls

I run a growing arborist business servicing Northern NSW—mainly the New England and North West Slopes & Plains—and I’m ready to hand off my front-end workflow so I can stay in the field. Here’s the help I need:
• Lead generation: each week I’d like a fresh list of qualified prospects in our service radius. That means homeowners looking for removals or pruning, property managers and real-estate agencies juggling multiple sites, plus businesses, farms and local councils that require ongoing tree maintenance. Local Facebook groups, Google Maps, real-estate listings and council tender notices are all fair game, provided you’re digging up contacts I haven’t spoken to yet.
• Call handling & quote scheduling: during business hours you’ll answer inbound calls, capture job details and drop them straight into my calendar for on-site quotes. I currently use Google Workspace and Calendly, so experience with those (or similar) will help you slot in quickly.
• Follow-through: once a quote visit is booked, you’ll confirm the appointment with the client by SMS or email and note any special site access instructions so my crew arrives prepared.
Deliverables I’d like to see each week:
– A spreadsheet or CRM update with new leads, including name, phone, suburb and the service they likely need.
– A calendar that shows every site visit you’ve booked, with contact details and brief job notes.
– A quick summary of call volume and any hot prospects that need my personal attention.
If you’re organised, speak clear English, and know how to build rapport with everyday Aussies on the phone, I’d love to hear how you’d tackle this.
