We are looking to hire a lighting programmer/engineer for concerts we hold at our Amphitheater in Norco, CA. We have about 20 shows per year. The design and install are already covered; I just need someone to work the lighting console and a few other other tasks during the show.

Expect a typical touring rig of moving heads, LED pars, and blinders running through a GrandMA or Avolites desk. You’ll liaise directly with my FOH audio tech for timing calls, handle any last-minute focus tweaks during sound-check, and keep the show punchy yet safe for the crowd.

Deliverables for each concert:
• Fully programmed show file loaded and ready before doors
• Live cue operation throughout the performance, matching band set-list and tempo changes
• Immediate troubleshooting of lamps, cabling, or console issues to avoid dark moments
• Summary report afterward noting any faults or improvements for the next date

If you have experience with mid-sized outdoor venues and can supply a quick portfolio clip or reference, let’s lock in the dates.

Please send me your details. Thank You
