Restaurant Menu & Ordering Platform

I have two working proof-of-concept apps hosted at

https://royal-family-restaurant-913293311589.asia-southeast1.run.app.

Using the restaurant demo as a starting point, I now want a polished, production-ready web platform whose core purpose is to showcase my menu beautifully while letting guests order straight from the site.

Key capabilities I need built or refined:

• Menu display that is easy to update and groups items logically.
• A full ordering flow with real-time order tracking so customers can see progress from “received” to “ready for pickup / out for delivery.”
• Multiple payment options at checkout (major cards, Apple/Google Pay, and ideally a wallet like PayPal).
• A public ratings & customer reviews section tied to completed orders to boost trust and SEO.

Please reuse any code that makes sense from the existing demos, but don’t feel constrained by them—speed, security, and a clean mobile-first UI matter more. I’m open to your recommended stack, though I’m already familiar with React and Firebase, so leveraging those would shorten onboarding.

Deliverables at minimum:
1. Source code in a Git repo with clear setup instructions.
2. Deployed site on my domain, SSL enabled.
3. Brief hand-off video or call walking me through content updates and order management.
