Residential Steel Wall Takeoff

I need an accurate material-quantity takeoff for both the internal and external wall framing of a residential project that will be built in light gauge steel and purlins.

You will work from my PDF plans (delivered once the job is awarded) and deliver a clear, well-structured spreadsheet that lists each item, its size or gauge, length or count, and the total linear meterage where applicable. Please note any assumptions, reference every plan sheet you measure from, and group the results by wall type (interior vs. exterior)

I expect:
• A single Excel or Google Sheets file with the full material schedule
• A brief summary page highlighting total length of walls for interior and exterior
• Marked-up plan pages (PDF) showing your measurements for quick spot-checking

Accuracy and organised presentation are the priorities; I will review the markup against the plans before releasing the final milestone.
