I need a complete structural package for a 10 m × 10 m steel extension that will bolt onto an existing mezzanine inside an occupied pre-engineered building (PEB) warehouse. The new bay must be able to carry storage loads with heavy items, so please size all members, connections, and anchorage details accordingly and validate them with clear, industry-standard calculations.
The PEB columns, roof bracing, and current mezzanine joists are already in place; your design must respect the available headroom, avoid cutting or relocating existing services, and be buildable without interrupting day-to-day warehouse operations. Provide drawings in DWG and PDF plus a calculation report.
Deliverables
• General arrangement and framing plans
• Member schedules and connection details ready for fabrication
• Load calculations and deflection checks for heavy-duty storage use
• Bill of materials with steel grades and bolt specs
I’ll review drawings against the existing PEB layout; once everything coordinates and the math checks out, we’ll call the job complete.
