We are seeking a Georgia-licensed structural engineer for a proposed townhouse developmentReview architectural plans and proposed townhouse design
Evaluate structural feasibility and identify potential structural concerns
Design foundations, framing, beams, load-bearing walls, roof systems, and other required structural components
Coordinate with the architect, civil and geotechnical engineers
Prepare signed/sealed structural drawings and calculations for permitting
Provide structural support through permit review and construction as needed
Excellent communication skills for collaboration
