Looking for an experienced freelancer or development team who has previously worked on a Real Estate Operations System / ERP.

This is a large business operations platform covering the complete real estate lifecycle, starting from land acquisition through post-sales and property operations.

The system may include:

* Land acquisition and land management
* Project and development management
* Pre-sales and lead management
* Property/unit inventory management
* Booking and sales management
* Procurement and vendor management
* Purchase orders and approval workflows
* Accounting and finance management
* Customer payment and receivable management
* Post-sales management
* Customer documentation and handover
* Accommodation/property management
* Tenant management
* Lease management
* Rent and lease payment tracking
* Channel partner/broker management
* Channel partner mobile/web application
* Commission and referral management
* Third-party API and system integrations
* Role-based access and approval workflows
* Reporting and dashboards

Previous experience is mandatory.

I am specifically looking for someone who has already worked on a similar real estate ERP, property management system, real estate CRM, or real estate operations platform.
