I need a custom desktop application built specifically for Windows. Once I shortlist candidates, I will share the full functional outline, but for now I can confirm that the project is green-field (no legacy code) and the end result should run smoothly on current Windows 10/11 installations without extra installs beyond the usual runtime packages.

I am especially interested in the architecture you would suggest (for example .NET 6 / WPF, Electron, or another modern Windows-friendly stack), the estimated timeline broken into clear milestones, and how you handle testing, packaging and post-launch maintenance.
