Balachaur Service Launch Researcha

I am based in Australia and looking to start and invest in small businesses in the Balachaur/Nawanshahr area.

I am looking for a reliable, business-minded local person who can work with me on a freelance/project basis.

This is **not a full-time salaried job**. You can charge an agreed fee for each project/work assignment.

I need someone who can be my local eyes and hands and help me research and set up businesses in an affordable and practical way.

Work may include:

• Researching new business ideas locally
• Visiting competitors and understanding their prices/services
• Finding suitable shops/offices/classrooms
• Speaking and negotiating with landlords
• Finding suppliers and getting multiple quotations
• Finding staff/teachers when required
• Researching local marketing opportunities
• Speaking with potential customers to understand demand
• Taking photos/videos and doing live video calls from locations
• Helping coordinate the setup of a business from start to finish
• Looking for ways to keep startup and operating costs low

I am **not looking for an accountant or someone who only provides theoretical business advice**.

I am looking for someone practical, trustworthy and proactive who understands the local Balachaur/Nawanshahr market and is comfortable going out, speaking to people and getting things done.

Business, sales, management, education/coaching-centre, marketing or operations experience would be useful, but I am open to anyone who can demonstrate that they are capable.

Must be based in or very close to **Balachaur / Nawanshahr, Punjab** and have their own transport.
