The source material is text data—no numbers to calculate—so please focus on flawless transcription: matching spelling, punctuation, and spacing exactly as they appear.

Feel free to create sensible column headers and overall layout as you go; the goal is a clear, consistent structure that makes the information easy to filter and sort later. Once all records are in place, remove any duplicates so the sheet ends up with one clean, unique entry per row.

I would like the final, deduplicated .xlsx file delivered within three days. I will run spot checks for accuracy, so zero typos and consistent formatting are crucial.
