Quantitative Data Collection Internship

I need support on the data-gathering phase of an ongoing study in India. Your sole mission will be quantitative data collection, meaning you will distribute, monitor, and close out an online survey, then hand over a clean, well-documented dataset.

Scope
– Draft clear, unbiased survey questions that align with the study brief I’ll share.
– Set the survey up in Qualtrics or Google Forms, apply skip logic where needed, and pilot-test it for flow and completion time.
– Manage live collection: track response rates, send reminders, and keep participation records.
– Export all responses to a spreadsheet, clean obvious entry errors, label variables, and provide a concise data dictionary (one tab or separate document).

Deliverables
1. Finalised survey link and PDF copy of the instrument.
2. Raw response file plus a cleaned .xlsx or .csv version.
3. Data dictionary explaining each column, coding, and any calculated fields.

Acceptance criteria
• Minimum 200 complete responses (I’ll supply the contact list and eligibility criteria).
• No more than 2% of values per variable should be missing after cleaning.
• Variable names and labels match those in the data dictionary.

Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets for quick sanity checks will help you move faster, but heavy analysis is not required. Clear communication during fielding is crucial so I can keep stakeholders updated.
