Manual PDF Text Data Entry

I have a collection of PDFs and scanned images that contain plain text which must be re-typed—no OCR, scripts, or copy-paste shortcuts. Accuracy is critical: spelling, punctuation, and original formatting need to match the source exactly.

You will receive the files in batches, and I’ll provide a simple template (Word or Excel, whichever you prefer) so everything stays consistent. Turnaround on each batch is flexible but I expect regular progress updates and spot-checked accuracy of 99% or better. When a batch is complete, send the filled-out template back and I’ll verify before releasing the next set.

If you’re detail-oriented, comfortable working from sometimes faint or skewed scans, and can keep everything confidential, I’d like to get started right away.
