I have a stack of completed paper-based surveys that first need to be digitised and then explored through solid statistical analysis. Your task begins with accurately keying every response from the paper forms into a clean, well-structured spreadsheet (Excel or CSV, whichever you prefer). Once the dataset is ready, I want to move straight into statistical analysis—means, medians, standard deviations, cross-tabs, significance testing where appropriate—so I can confidently report on the findings.

I will consider the job complete when I receive:
• A fully validated digital dataset that mirrors the original paper responses
• A concise statistical report (tables, clear commentary, and any supporting charts) delivered in PDF or an editable format
• The working file(s) from whichever tool you use—Excel, R, SPSS, or Python—so the process is transparent and reproducible

Accuracy during data entry is critical, and the analysis should be presented in plain language so non-technical stakeholders can grasp the insights quickly.
