We are a veteran-owned, fully insured, unarmed security provider based in Keene, New Hampshire. We are launching an immediate outbound prospecting campaign to secure local commercial security contracts.

This is a direct, phone-first sales role. Do not apply if your approach depends on LinkedIn automation, generic email blasts, purchased lead spreadsheets, or long-term digital branding. We need an experienced outbound professional who can build accurate local prospect lists, reach operational decisionmakers, handle gatekeepers, and schedule qualified, face-to-face site walkthroughs.

The ideal candidate is confident, consultative, and fluent in professional English, with the ability to communicate effectively with property managers, operations directors, construction superintendents, and other commercial executives.

Compensation

This is a zero-down, zero-hourly, 100% performance-based engagement. Payment is available only for qualified, held on-site meetings and resulting signed commercial contracts.

Tier 1: 40+ hours per week
Applies to full-time coverage or 48-hour weekend shifts expected to last at least six months.
Held qualified meeting: $300
Signed contract bonus: $900
Total potential payout: $1,200
Tier 2: 16–39 hours per week
Applies to consistent, recurring part-time accounts expected to last at least six months.
Held qualified meeting: $150
Signed contract bonus: $350
Total potential payout: $500
Tier 3: 8–15 hours per week
Applies to long-term, recurring accounts with smaller coverage requirements.
Held qualified meeting: $75
Signed contract bonus: $150
Total potential payout: $225
Tier 4: Under 8 hours per week or temporary assignments
The total combined payout is capped at $50, payable only after the shift is successfully performed. Contracts under four total hours are not accepted.

Geographic Requirements
Qualified prospects must have a facility or project site within a 60-minute driving radius of Keene, New Hampshire.

The following areas are excluded:
All of Vermont
Concord, New Hampshire (for 1st round)
Manchester, New Hampshire (for 1st round)
Massachusetts, until written authorization is provided after licensing approval
The campaign should focus on the Keene and Monadnock regional market.

Definition of a Qualified Meeting
A meeting qualifies for payment only when all of the following requirements are met:

The prospect’s facility is within the approved geographic area.
The meeting is conducted in person at the prospect’s facility or project site.
A genuine decisionmaker with authority over security vendors and budget approval attends the meeting. Examples include a property manager, operations director, or construction superintendent.
The prospect has an actual need for private security guard services.
The required coverage is at least eight hours per week, unless the engagement falls under the limited Tier 4 structure.
The prospect agrees to an on-site walkthrough and formal proposal presentation by the company owner or authorized representative.
The meeting is confirmed through the company’s administrative confirmation process.
A meeting that is canceled or missed by the prospect is not billable. The meeting must actually occur at the client site with the qualified decision-maker present.

Contract Bonus Requirements

To qualify for a signed contract bonus:
The commercial contract must be signed after a qualifying held meeting.
The contract must specify a service start date no later than 30 calendar days after the held meeting, unless the company approves a later date in writing.
Guard services must physically begin on the stated start date.
The contract must remain active for the first 30 days of service.
The bonus becomes payable 30 days after services begin.
If the client cancels, terminates, or materially reduces the contract during the first 30 days, the contract bonus is void.
The contract start date means the first date on which we are scheduled to physically provide guard services. It is separate from the contract-signing date.

Campaign Capacity and Restrictions

The campaign is subject to strict capacity controls:
The total campaign limit is 80 recurring billable hours per week across all newly signed contracts.
Outreach and appointments must stop once the 80-hour limit is reached or the company issues a written pause order.
Meetings or contracts generated after the cap or after a formal pause order are unauthorized and carry no payment.
The company will launch and staff no more than 40 new contract hours during any single 14-day period.
The campaign operates in evaluation blocks of five held qualified meetings. After the fifth meeting, the campaign automatically pauses while the company reviews performance and commercial viability.

If five meetings do not result in a signed contract, the company may review:
Lead quality, accuracy, authority, and commercial readiness
Pricing, presentation, follow-up, and closing performance
Other documented factors affecting the outcome
The absence of a signed contract after five meetings does not automatically mean the meetings were unqualified or that the vendor breached the agreement. Properly earned meeting fees remain payable. Any contract bonus remains subject to the contract-signing and 30-day service requirements.

After the evaluation, the company may authorize another five-meeting block, modify the market or qualification criteria, adjust scripts or sales processes, extend the hold, or end the engagement. Contracts resulting from meetings in a completed evaluation block remain eligible for applicable bonuses if all requirements are met.

Prospecting Expectations

The successful applicant must use professional B2B data and prospecting tools, such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Seamless, or comparable platforms, to identify accurate local targets.

The primary outreach method is live telephone prospecting. The role includes:

Building clean, targeted prospect lists
Calling local commercial businesses and facilities
Navigating receptionists and gatekeepers
Identifying the person responsible for security vendor selection
Confirming actual guard-service needs
Scheduling qualified, in-person site walkthroughs
Maintaining accurate records of prospects, decisionmakers, coverage requirements, and appointments

**Suggested** Call Approach - I only care about results, not methods.
Introduction:
“Hi [Prospect Name], my name is [Caller Name], calling on behalf of Granite Key Security. We are a local veteran-owned, fully insured unarmed security provider operating in the Monadnock region.”

Reason for calling:
“Many facility managers between Keene and the surrounding region are frustrated with large national security companies that charge premium rates but provide unreliable guards and slow corporate support.”

Value proposition:
“We specialize in local access control, commercial logistics yards, and asset protection. Since our ownership team is based in Keene, we can respond quickly to guard callouts and manage service locally.”

Appointment request:
“Our owner is conducting site walkthroughs this week. Would you be open to a brief on-site introduction so we can review your needs, provide rates, and prepare a quote?”

Required Qualification Themes - Again, results first, these questions are topical not specific.
When a prospect expresses interest, confirm:

Are you seeking a standard 40-hour weekday schedule, a 48-hour weekend block, or another recurring part-time arrangement?
Do you understand that the minimum for ongoing coverage is eight hours per week?
Is the need for long-term, ongoing security or a short-term temporary project?
Are you the person responsible for selecting security vendors and managing the security budget for this location?
Will you personally attend the on-site walkthrough?
Can you confirm the facility address and preferred meeting date and time?
