Offline Voice-Driven Android Database

I want a small Android app that lives entirely on the device, creates its own local SQLite (or Room) database the first time it runs, and then lets me populate that database by speaking. Using Android’s built-in voice recognition, the user taps a mic button, dictates a short text entry, and the app turns that speech into a new text record. No internet access should ever be required for either storage or recognition.

Because the data belongs to the user, the app also needs a simple way to move the database to another phone or tablet. A “Share database” option that packages the file and sends it over Bluetooth, AirDrop-style sharing, email, or any other standard Android share intent will work. On a receiving device, the user should be able to import or merge the file and keep using the app without losing earlier entries.

Timing is critical—I’d like a functional APK and source code as soon as possible.

Deliverables
• Production-ready APK
• Full Android Studio project (Kotlin or Java)
• Brief read-me explaining database schema, voice-to-text flow, and how the share/import logic works

Acceptance
• App installs and runs offline on Android 9+
• Voice dictation adds a text row with >95 % transcription accuracy using built-in recognizer
• Database file exports and re-imports cleanly between at least two test devices without data loss
